Successful youths of health and Technology have been transformed into skilled human resources and have been contributing in developing standard of economic and health service significantly. SPKS is proud for efforts of action and successfulness of succeded youths. So I, on behalf of SPKS family, would like to extend my heart-felt congratulation to the dedicated skilled youth soldierss. We would like to develop international standard skilled youths and create employment abroad for them after fulfilling the gap of our country through SPKS conducting Medical Technology, MATS, Nursing and Technical institutions. I strongly believe that these youths of the society of Bangladesh will contribute significantly for improving standard of health service at grass-root level through transforming as skilled human resource by health and technological educational institutions as well as they will be established as good human beings. At present Bangladesh includes about 3 crore generally educated unemployed youths. It is possible to lead the country in bright potentiality by earning a large amount of foreign currency through developing them on Medical Technology, Nursing, Care Giving and Technical education and creating employment abroad. For sustaining this over populated country with 18 crore population with dignity, human resource must be developed and there is no alternative to education for it. We expect your direct and indirect co-operation in this regard. We hope that with co-operation of all of you new door of potentiality will be opened in developing skilled human resource, eradication of unemployment and developing standard of health service in the counry. Pallabi Nursing College

Pallabi Nursing College is a nursing and midwifery educational institution approved by ministry of health and famil planning and registered with nursing and midwifery council, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. It is a sister institution of SPKS which is established in 1998. Pallabi Nursing college located at Pallabi in Mirpur of Dhaka city starts its academic activities in 2013. Health sector of Bangladesh is being developed with rapid action gradually. Many big and small hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, health service centers and NGO clinics have been developed initiatied by Government and Non-Government Organization level. These health service centers exist lack of skilled Diploma-Nurse and Midwife largely for providing health services properly. In spite of having developed infrastructures only due to lack of nurses many health service centers can not provide quality health service. Pallabi Nursing College is strongly commited to reduce scarcity of nurse in those institutions and reach them in their desired goal through developing skilled nurses, midwife and care givers. To develop international standard skilled nurses and midwife for providing acute ill people services is the main goal and objective. Besides, to create employment at home and abroad through developing skill human resources and thus build our country finacialy self-sufficient is also one of the goals. I believe that trained nurses, midwife and care givers will be capable to contribute to ensure quality health service and safe maternity at home and abroad significantly

Shadhin Nursing Institute

Time befitting decision taken by SPKS initiated established Shadhin Nursing Institute aiming at developing skilled human resource is highly appreciable. Nursing is a noble profession. This sector is such a human well being sector where thousand of learners of our country are getting opportunities of developing bright career and at the same time lac of ill people are getting quality health service. Side by side health sector of our country is being helped. Shadhin Nursing Institute approved by ministry of health and family welfare and registered with Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh is a nursing educational institution which is established in 2019 at over populated area of Mirpur-12 in Dhaka city. With rapidly gradual development of health sector in Bangladesh, Government and Non-Government hospitals, clinics, NGO health centers, district hospitals, upazila health complex, union health centers and community clinic have been developed. Those hospitals and clinics exist acute scarcity of sufficient skilled nurse to provide quality service. Despite of existing developed infrastructure, exclusively due to lack of nurses, many institutions can not provide quality services sufficiently. As instructed by World Health Organization (WHO) 3 nurses against a doctor are required. i.e Ratio of doctor and nurse is 1:3. According to information of health department number of registered doctors is 123853. According to the information of Bangladesh nursing and midwifery council at present number of registered nurses and midwifery is 95168. In this context according to number of beds and doctors about 400000 nurses and midwife are required in our country. Aiming at developing action oriented human resources and providing health service in hospitals and clinics, nursing education, expansion and development is inevitable. Aim of the institution is to develop international standard nurse. I believe that trained nurses being established at home and abroad will contribute considerably in reducing unemployment and economic development of the country. The institution by developing nurses is contributing significantly as supportive resource of Government in building digital Bangladesh and socio-economic development as well as health development by transforming a large section of people into skilled human resources. I wish continuation of success of the institution.
